Six UK nationals were deported to their country on Wednesday for allegedly performing dangerous stunts from a high-rise building in Mumbai's Dadar locality, a senior police official said.
The foreigners were found jumping from the terrace of one high rise to another in Dadar.
Police had launched a probe into the matter after the video of their stunt went viral on social media on Tuesday.
"We brought them to the police station after identifying them based on the video of the alleged incident," the official said.
They told the police that they were UK nationals and admitted to having performed the stunts, he said.
All of them had come to India on visitors' visa and were scheduled to attend an event in Worli on December 2, he said.
"Following an inquiry, they were deported to their country on Wednesday for violating visa norms by indulging in such acts," the official said.
