Sixteen injured in road mishap

The bus was on way from Awahdevi to Jahoo via Manoh when the driver lost control of the bus while crossing over a narrow culvert, they said.

Two passengers who suffered serious injuries were rushed to Hamipur hospital, while others were admitted to Bhoranj hospital for treatment, they said.

SDM, Bhoranj, Bachan Singh announced a financial aid of Rs 5,000 to the two passengers who suffered serious injuries, whereas Rs 2,000 would be provided other injured persons.
