While, medium sugar variety showed a mixed pattern of trading owing to alternate bouts of buying and selling.
Small sugar (S-30) gained by Rs 5 per quintal to Rs 2,952/3,011 from its overnight closing level of Rs 2,952/ 3,006.
Medium sugar (M-30), however was quoted at Rs 3,036/ 3,181 per quintal, as against Rs 3,041/3,171 yesterday.

Small sugar (S-30) quality: Rs 2,952/3,011 (Rs 2,952/3,006).
Medium sugar (M-30) quality: Rs 3,036/3,181 (Rs 3,041/3,171).
