Snakebite kills 2 in UP

Two persons, including a minor, were killed after being bitten by snakes in separate incidents in the city today, police said.

25-year-old Kaptan Singh of Mohanganj and 10-year-old Harshpal of Survamishra ka Purwa in Fatanpur area here died after being bitten by snakes, they said, adding, their bodies have been sent for post-mortem.

Police said that three other persons were admitted to the district hospital here after bitten by snakes in other incidents.
