Sonia likely to visit Rajasthan on June 20

Congress President Sonia Gandhi is likely to visit Rajasthan to attend two official events on June 20, a party spokesperson said today.

Gandhi is scheduled to lay the foundation stone of 660 MW Suratgarh power station in Sriganganagar district, besides inaugurating a water supply project in Nagaur district, RPCC spokesperson Archna Sharma said.

The final itinerary of the Congress President is being worked out.

In view of her visit, the eleventh phase of Congress's 'Sandesh Yatra' covering Jaipur Dehat and Nagaur has been postponed, she said.
