Leader of opposition in Jharkhand Assembly Hemant Soren today asked the BJP-led government to inform the House what 'formula' it had about its claim to root out Left-wing extremism in only six months.
Participating in the debate over Appropriation Bill, the former chief minister asked Raghubar Das-led government to spell out the formula or stop such claims.
"Had such formula been there, the country would not have reeled under Naxalism even after 67 years of independence," Soren, the JMM vice-president, said.
Equating the claim with that of gossip at a tea stall and then leaving it, Soren asked the BJP-led government that if it had any formula it should inform the House or stop making such claims.
