South West Monsoon withdraws from Odisha

The Southwest Monsoon has withdrawn from Odisha, a senior IMD official said here today.

"The Southwest Monsoon has withdrawn from the entire country along with Odisha," Sarat Sahu, Director, IMD, Bhubaneswar said.

Simultaneously, Northeast Monsoon rains have commenced over Tamil Nadu, Kerala and adjoining areas of south Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, he said.
