Railway will run a special train to Kochuveli from here, in order to clear the extra rush during Onam festival.
The AC Superfast Express Special train for Kochuveli will be pressed into service from Nizamuddin station on August 22 at 5.55 AM, according to railways.
In the return journey, the special train will depart from Kochuveli to here on August 28 at 11 PM.
Consisting of one AC First Class, four AC 2-Tier and 10 AC 3-Tier coaches, the Hazrat Nizamuddin-Kochuveli-Hazrat Nizamuddin Special AC Superfast Express Train will stop at Agra, Gwalior, Jhansi, Bhopal, Nagpur, Balharshah, Warangal, Vijaywada Jn., Nellore, Gudur, Ranigunta, Katpadi, Jolarpetta, Salem, Erode, Palghat, Thrisur, Aluva, Ernakulam Town, Kottayam, Tiravalla, Chengannur, Kayankulam & Kollam stations enroute in both directions.
