Sreedharan selected for Rotary International award

Metro rail man E Sreedharan has been selected for this year's Rotary International's 'For the Sake of Honour' award.

The award, carrying a citation and statutte, would be presented to Sreedharan, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC)'s Principal Advisor, who is also looking after the construction of Kochi Metro rail project, on July 16 at a function here.

The award is in recognition for his contribution in developing Metro systems in various parts of the country.
