Steel plant employee commits suicide

A 26-year-old man allegedly committed suicide today by hanging himself at the quarters of Salem Steel Plant here, police said.

Sagar Manik, hailing from Odisha, was working as an operator at the plant, they said, adding that investigations are on to ascertain the cause of the suicide.
