Student attempts suicide
A Class XII student allegedly attempted suicide by setting herself on fire at Kakra village in the district, police said today.
The girl sustained 70 per cent burn injuries after she set herself on fire yesterday.
She has been rushed to a hospital in Delhi in a serious condition, police said, adding that a family dispute apparently led her to take the extreme step.
