Congress today declared Subhash Zambad as the party candidate from Aurangabad-Jalna Local Authorities Constituency for biennial elections to Maharashtra Legislative Council.
The announcement was made by party General Secretary Janardan Dwivedi.
The election, which will be held on August 19, has been necessitated due to the retirement of sitting Sena MLC Kishanchand Tanwani.
