Steady conditions persisted at the wholesale sugar market in the national capital today largely due to scattered buying by bulk consumers and retailers amidst adequate stocks position.
Marketmen said small buying along with sufficient stocks on persistent supplies by mills mainly kept sugar prices unchanged.
