Sugar prices end steady on tepid buying support

Sugar prices remained muted at the wholesale market in the national capital today on sporadic buying support amid restricted arrivals.

Marketmen said scattered demand from stockists as well as bulk consumers along with restricted supplies, largely kept prices unaltered.

Sugar retail markets - Rs 42.00-46.00 per kg.

Sugar ready: M-30 Rs 4,100-4,200, S-30 Rs 4,090-4,190.

Mill delivery: M-30 Rs 3,700-3,900, S-30 Rs 3,690-3,890.
