Swati Piramal resigns from ICICI Bank
ICICI Bank today said its non-executive director Swati A Piramal has resigned from bank citing personal reasons.
Her resignation is effective February 26, 2014, ICICI Bank said in a filing on the BSE.
She has quit due to her extensive travel and other commitments related to other board positions, it added.
Piramal is vice chairperson Piramal Enterprises Ltd.
