Taylor Swift visits young cancer patients

Singer Taylor Swift has visited young cancer patients at a hospital in New York.

The 24-year-old 'You belong with me' hitmaker met a number of young ailing admirers, spoke to them and even posted selfies, reported Eonline.

Swift, who was only scheduled to be at the hospital for an hour, spent nearly five hours interacting with each patient.

The singer spent half an hour with Shelby Huff, suffering from post-transplant lymphoproliferative disease.

Huff's mother shared a number of posts on Facebook recalling her daughter's experience.
