Tea garden workers in Dooars launch relay hunger strike

The workers of the tea gardens in Dooars and Terai region of North Bengal today launched a relay hunger strike for 48-hours demanding wage hike.

All the trade unions of the tea gardens have come together under a Joint Forum demanding wage hike and launched the relay hunger strike, Joint Forum sources said.
