Teacher beaten up by students

A teacher of a private college was today beaten up when he was trying to intervene in a brawl between two group of students, police said.

An FIR in this connection has been lodged by the teacher Jagdish in Jewar police station, they said.

Jagdish was given first-aid and did not sustain any serious injury, they said, adding that efforts are being made to nab the four students who beat the teacher.
