Teacher held for showing 'sexual' videos to students

A teacher at a private school at L B Nagar was today taken into custody for allegedly showing "sexual" videos to his students, police said.

Father of one of the students lodged a complaint accusing the teacher S Varma of showing "sexual" videos and touching private parts of his son, L B Nagar Police Station Inspector P Kasi Reddy said.

Following the complaint, a case was booked under relevant sections of POCSO Act and JJ Act, the Inspector said, adding they have taken the teacher into custody and are questioning him. Further probe is on.
