Teenager killed in celebratory firing in UP

A teenage boy was killed today allegedly in celebratory firing in Hamirpur district here, police said.

13-year-old Ahaad was killed on the spot after receiving a gun shot fired by one Saddam during a "Nautanki" programme in Naveda village in Lalpur area of Lalitpur at about 12.30 AM, they said.

Police has registered an FIR in this connection and is trying to arrest the absconding accused, they said.
