Temperature in North Kerala continues to rise

Palakaad recorded 39.3 degrees Celsius today with heavy rainfall likely in some places in Kerala till May 8.

The weather report from IMD, Regional office here, stated that Palakaad continued to record the highest temperature in the state, followed by Kozhikode with 38.7 degrees Celsius and Kannur 38.2 degrees Celsius.

Other temperatures recorded in the state are-- Punalur 37.5, Kochi 34.4 and Thiruvananthapuram 35.2 degrees Celsius.
