'The Messiah' wins Guindy Lodge Trophy

'The Messiah' ridden by jockey Shahar Babu and trained by B Suresh won the Guindy Lodge Trophy, the chief event of the races held here today.

The winner is owned by Rm Lakshmanan.

Trainer Mandanna saddled three winners while jockey P M Bopanna rode two winners.

Two favourites obliged in a card of six events.
