Senior BJP leader Avinash Rai Khanna said today those who left the party have not been able to establish themselves in the national or state politics.
The remarks by Khanna, incharge of BJP's Rajasthan unit, came hours after five-time MLA Ghanshyam Tiwari tendered his resignation from the party alleging the state and country were going through an undeclared emergency for the last four years.
"Political leaders who left the BJP could not establish themselves in national or state politics. Disassociating with the roots cannot help anyone grow. Tiwari's matter was pending with the disciplinary committee and he could have put up his issues and accepted the party's decision," Khanna said.
Tiwari has resigned from the party and will not be able to rise as a political leader in the state and country, Khanna claimed.
