Three booked for kidnapping a man

A case has been registered against three persons for allegedly kidnapping a man from Raipur Fulwari area here, police said.

According to a complaint lodged by Sursati, wife of Shivcharan, Radhe Shyam and Anil Tiwari allegedly kidnapped her husband and forcibly registered her 7.5 Viswa land in their name, SHO (Amethi) RK Singh said.

Police have initiated efforts to trace Shivcharan, he said, adding no arrest has been made so far.
