Three Christmas revellers were killed when a truck ran over them at Sasan area in Odisha's Sambalpur district, police said today.
The mishap took place when two persons stopped to speak to a friend along the state highway at Kankinda square and the truck crushed them last evening.
The three residents of Sasan were apparently on an outing to celebrate the festival.
In another mishap, a man died after falling from the motor-cycle he was riding in Hirakud area, the police added.
