Three electrocuted as truck touches high-tension wire

Three persons were electrocuted and five received burn injuries when a truck in which they were travelling came in contact with a high-tension electric here, police said today.

The incident happened in village Adaltpur when the victims were returning from Kalanaur last night after taking part in an election meeting.

Dharam Singh, aged 25, Josh Masih (17) and Shera Masih (18) were electrocuted and five, who suffered severe burns, were hospitalised, police said.
