Three killed as SUV overturns

Three members of a family were killed and six others injured when their SUV rammed into a roadside tree and overturned into a water-filled ditch here, police said today.

The family belonging to Fatehpur district was on its way to Gularnaka locality here to take part in a funeral when it met with the accident on Sonhula road yesterday.

The bodies have been sent for post-mortem.
