Three killed, one injured in accident

Three persons were killed and one injured when the car they were travelling in met with an accident near North Chaltlang village close to the Mizoram-Manipur border this afternoon, the police said.

Police said there were four people in the vehicle when the mishap took place.

While the body of one of the victims was sent to his home state Manipur, two bodies were taken to North Chaltlang for cremation.

The cause of the accident was yet to be determined, the police said.
