Three persons lost their lives in as many road accidents involving a car and two motorcycles in the district, police said today.
An 18-year-old was killed on the spot when his two wheeler skidded off the road after hitting a telephone booth at Anakulam near Koilandy, about 30 kms from here in the wee hours today, they said.
While A KSRTC bus hit a 39-year-old motorcycle rider last night near Koilandy killing him on the spot, a 22-year old youth died when his car fell into a gorge at Koduvally near here after he lost control of the vehicle last evening.
He died while being rushed to a hospital, police said.
