Three persons killed in mishap in AP

Three persons were killed today while their two-wheeler collided with a mini van on Jharpokharia-Chennai National Highway near a village in Krishna district.

The mishap took place during the wee hours while the deceased were travelling on one motorcycle that hit a mini van head-on near Paritala village, Kanchikacherla Police Station, sub-inspector, Eswara Rao said.

The deceased were identified as K Venkata Sivaram (64), A Seetharamaiah (35) and N Vijayakumar (34).

A case has been registered in this regard and further investigations are on, the officer said.
