Three persons were today swept away in a waterfall here after heavy rains, the police said.
The incident took place around 6 pm. Due to rainfall, the water level in the waterfall increased. Three persons were swept away by the strong water current. A search operation is on to trace them, Ashok Kumar Singh, Inspector Dehat Kotwali, Mirzapur, said.
