Three women among four killed in lightning

Three women were among four persons who were today killed after lightning struck them in Campereganj area, police said here.

The deceased have been identified as Madhuri, Gangotri, Satya and Durgesh, all residents of Gulariha village. The incident took place when the victims were working in the fields this morning.

Meanwhile, thundershowers have brought down the day's temperature by seven degrees C. The MeT Department has predicted partly cloudy sky with possibility of thundershowers in next two days.
