Three-year-old girl dies in fire

A three year-old girl was killed and six huts were reduced to ashes in a fire that broke out in Ibrahimpur village in the district, police said today.

The fire which started from an earthen lamp kept in the house of one Ram Murti soon engulfed six huts, the police said.

Three-year-old girl Savitri got trapped in one of the huts and was killed in the incident, police added.
