Three youths allegedly committed suicide in separate incidents in Kanpur city, police said today.
The first incident was reported from the Barar area where scared by threats from his former employer, 26-year-old Kallu allegedly hanged himself at his house yesterday evening, said police.
Kallu had recently quit his job at a saloon. According to his family members, the owner of the saloon wanted him to come back and was threatening Kallu that he would implicate him in a case of theft if he did not return to work, police said.

The owner of the saloon has been arrested and is being questioned, said police.
The second incident was also reported from Barar where a 32-year-old man, who had been ill for a long time, allegedly hanged himself last night, said police.
Priya had been keeping ill for a long time because of which his wife had deserted him, said police.
Depressed over this, he allegedly hanged himself, they said.
The third incident was reported from the Panki area where a man, upset by frequent fights with his wife over his drinking habit, allegedly hanged himself yesterday, said police.
Kushwaha (35) had returned home drunk, following which he had a fight with his wife, said police.
