Three youths drown in Malikapuram mandal

Three youths drowned in the sea near Chinthalamori village of Malkipuram mandal in the East Godavari district today, police said.

The victims were identified as Ch Prabhu Nathaniel, Ch Prasanna Kumar and R Vamsi. R Anil, the fourth boy in the group, however succeeded in reaching the shore, police said.

Bodies have been retrieved. Malkipuram police have registered a case and investigation is on.
