Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile urges China to resolve Tibet issue

On the eve of the 18th Congress, Tibetan Administration has written to the Communist Party of China to release all Tibetan political prisoners and revive meaningful contact to resolve the longstanding Tibet issue, Lobsang Choedak, spokesperson of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile said.
