In his night stay at Khera Kalan village in north Delhi, Delhi BJP chief Manoj Tiwari promised the residents to make efforts towards amendment in Land Reforms Act and regularisation of constructions on Laldora land.
Accompanied by party leaders, Tiwari reached Khera Kalan last night and interacted with the residents over their problems at Chaupal Ghar.
The locals explained their problems, especially the ones related to Land Reforms Act provisions putting restrictions on use and selling of their land.
Tiwari assured them that he will apprise the Union Urban Development Minister and the Lt Governor of Delhi of their problems and make every effort to get related Sections of Land Reforms Act amended and construction on Laldora (extended habitation) land regularised, said Delhi BJP media incharge Praveen Shankar Kapoor.
