TN Guv greets President on his 78th birthday
Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah today greeted President Pranab Mukherjee on his 78th birthday.
"Your administrative acumen, rich experience and commitment towards our nation's excellence will take India to greater heights," Rosaiah said in his message to the President which was released by the Raj Bhavan.
