Top Left leader Sankaraiah celebrtes 96th birthday
Veteran CPI(M) leader N Sankaraiah today celebrated his 96th birthday at his residence here in which senior leaders of the Left party participated.
CPI(M) State Secretary G Ramakrishnan, senior party leader and Rajya Sabha MP, T K Rangarajan were among the leaders who participated in a simple function held at the residence of the nonagenarian leader at Chrompet here.
One of the key leaders of the CPI(M), who built the party, Sankaraiah is also a freedom fighter known for his simple lifestyle and relentless work for the people.
