Top seed in boys singles draw Hua Chen Yu of Chinese Taipei crushed the hopes of eighth seeded Rishabh Sharda 7-5 6-2 in the quarterfinals.
Later, Kazakhstan's Dostanbek Tashbulatov, seeded second, blanked Parikshit Somani 6-4 6-0 in one hour and 44 minutes to make the last four round.

Only Indian in the semi-final of the boys singles, Dhruv Sunish, seeded third, and currently ranked third in India in boys under-18 category, took no time to get the better of Megh Bhargav Patel by registering a dominating 6-1 6-2 win.
In the girls singles, top seed Axana Mareen of Belgium ousted India's Rhea Verma 6-1 6-4.
Qualifier Lasya Patnaik, on the other hand, stole the show by entering the semifinal with a 6-3 7-5 win over Shivani Manjanna.
Bengal's Yubrani Banerjee, a wild card entrant, went down fighting against third seeded Akansha Bhan by a close 4-6 7-5 3-6 margin in two hour and 10 minutes.
