Tractor collides with moving train; no casualty

A tractor today collided with a moving train but no casualty occurred in the incident.

The driver of th tractor tried to cross the railway line in an 'illegal manner' but the vehicle got stranded on the tracks.

In the meantime, Barmer-Haridwar Kalka Express approached and hit the tractor.

The driver managed to jump before the collision, C R Kumawat, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager said.

He said the track was affected for nearly two hours and it was later reopened.
