Two boys escape from Juvenile home

Two boys today escapedfrom a Juvenile home at Puthuvayal in the district, police said.

Meppadi police said the boys, aged 14 and 15, escaped after lunch while the warden of the home was engaged in some works.

One of the boys had been detained in a murder case a few years ago, police said, adding, further details are awaited. Police have registered a case and a search is on for the boys.
