Two persons were killed and four others were injured when a pick-up van turned turtle near Dharhara bridge at Ara in Bihar's Bhojpur district today.
The deceased people have been identified as Mukesh Yadav (36) and Pramod Kumar (16) of Patila village in Patna district, police said adding they died on the spot.
"All the persons were returning to their village after attending an engagement ceremony at Motitola village in the district. It seems the driver lost the balance of the speeding vehicle and the accident occurred," said Town police station SHO PK Mishra.
The injured have been admitted to Sadar Hospital in Ara, while the dead bodies have been sent for postmortem.
