Two die in accident at level crossing

Two persons were killed today when they were hit by a train at an unmanned level crossing on the outskirts of Purulia town in West Bengal.

The police said that two residents of Nituria died on the spot when Jhargram-Dhanbad local hit them at a place 5 km from Purulia station.

The duo was travelling in a motorbike and the accident took place when they tried to cross the railway tracks at about 11 am.
