Two fishermen missing after boat capsize

Two fishermen went missing after their boat overturned and sank in the sea near this port town today, marine police said.

The boat carrying seven fishermen was returning after a fishing voyage when the mishap took place close to the shore, said Manmohan Choudhury, Inspector of Marine Police Station here.

While five fishermen managed to reach the shore safely, two of their companions were missing, he said adding efforts were on to trace them with the help of divers and local people.
