Two get 3-year jail term for smuggling leopard skin

Two wildlife smugglers were today sentenced to three years in prison by a local court here.

Judicial Magistrate Bhavdip Rawat awarded three years' rigorous imprisonment to Gajendra Singh and Trepan Singh besides imposing on them a fine of Rs 10,000 each after finding them guilty of smuggling in leopard skin.

They were arrested by the forest department from Kharadi Badkot last year.
