Two groups pelt stones at each other in Vadodara

An incident of stone pelting between two groups was reported in the city today, a police official said.

"An incident of stone pelting between two groups took place in Lal Akhada in Fatehpura area of the city," Joint Commissioner of Police D J Patel said.

The police rushed to the area and controlled the situation, he said.

Reasons for the violence has not yet been ascertained, Patel said, adding that the situation in the area is now under control and life is normal there.
