Two held for kidnap attempt

The duo made a futile attempt to kidnap the child on the outskirts of Chhata town, Superintendent of Police (Rural) Anil Kumar Rai told reporters here.

They were caught while trying to flee with the minor from Arya Nagar colony, the SP said.
