Two injured as shell explodes in Samba

The boys were collecting scrap from near Gagwal firing range when the shell went off, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Israr Khan said.

The duo was rushed to a hospital, he said, adding one of them lost his hand in the explosion.
