A 61-year-old woman and one other person were today injured in a scuffle between two warring parties over a disputed property, police said here.
Additional Superintendent of Police, H N Singh, said the accused Mamata Agarwal, who claims that the property belongs to her family, drove the tractor into the disputed compound.
Meanwhile, women from the other party arrived at the spot and scuffle broke-out between the two. In the melee, two women- Kavita Singh (61) and Mona were injured after being hit by the tractor, Singh said.
The police have arrested Mamata, wife of industrialist Rajkamal and also a case was registered against Rajkamal, his brother Lalit and one Atul under IPC sections 307 (attempt to murder), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 506 (criminal intimidation).
